Depends, if your a CS RK then definitely hunting spear would be good so u get a shield for protection or you can sacrifice that shield for higher damage and go for Cardo. If you are an agi RG then most likely crescent spear would be my afforadablr recommendation as you want to harness the power of your crits

KvM depending on if it's +7 or higher. If it's NOT +7 or higher, make it so or don't bother using it. That's the sad truth.

Lazy or instant cast DPS exceed break build -> Hunting spear.
For all else, KVM spear.

LOL oddly enough, for pvp sake the answer is both. Cast Exceed Break with the Hunting Spear on, after cast is complete switch to KVM weap, click someone and laugh.
