Try clearing your temp internet files and cookies, change your browser, and some people swear it works if you press 'back' on your browser after it loads a while.
For me, the clearing temp files usually works, that or just trying a second/third time.
And sadly enough, Fibrizzo is right, they are waaaaaaaay behind on tickets again :S
Edit: I remember a mod once saying that they were wondering if it was related to being logged in or not, maybe you can try playing with that, see if it changes anything.

I use Firefox, UK, Windows 7.
Also it only started happening after the site had to go down and back up again after the hijack. Before that I had to repeatedly use the ticket system to sort out some post-merge account issues etc. and didn't notice such problems. Same settings (Firefox etc.).

All kinds, from account issues (why am I blocked, how to bind my account to warpportal, forgot my password and the like) to tech issues, to VAS inquiries (lots of people don't read the requirements so we have to go back and forth with them until the character is ready for transfer)100 tickets daily!? Wow, are they all bot reports or god item transefers....or password problems?

that explains why the response from the tickets these past few days is specially slow.
i've been waiting for a reply in my ticket for 4days now.

All kinds, from account issues (why am I blocked, how to bind my account to warpportal, forgot my password and the like) to tech issues, to VAS inquiries (lots of people don't read the requirements so we have to go back and forth with them until the character is ready for transfer)
Issues like how to bind account to warp portal should have links on the main page (in huge font since most people don't notice important links ) leading them directly to where they should go, so that no one needs to waste their time constantly answering questions like how to bind accounts or how to reset passwords. It must really get irritating, and slows the process for more important issue imo.
