[Valk] New World Order

Hi to you all,

We are a fun guild that has been around since the start of the server with friendly members who have changed from time to time. Here is a link to our guild website (which needs some updating)

We always have new members so we generally have the feel of both an old and new guild. If you need some advice in game about your character or where to level or what gears and skills can work well together for you, we are always ready, willing and able to advise. If you need some more hands on help with leveling or MvPing, that can also be sourced in our guild, however it would be according to the members' schedules.

Most of our players are between ages 16 and 25 however we do have some younger players and some older players and it seems the most common ages are 20, 21, 22 and 23. We don't care about your age or availability to play the game so much, we care more about you as a person and how you interact with the group, and most of all, whether or not you come to WoE.

Occasionally some of our members do WoE 2.0 and we will be willing to compete in WoE 2.0 once we have enough members online for it, however at this time our WoE 2.0 active members generally join other guilds for WoE 2.0 and re-join our guild after.


Our requirements are as follows:


1) NO BOTTERS:

Bots are 3rd party programs used to automatically play a character for personal gain, this is illegal and we do not endorse it nor allow it in our guild, if you cannot live without a bot, do not join our guild, you WILL be kicked if found botting


2) WoE Active:

It is ok if you never play in the whole week, or if you miss 2 WoE in a row without notice, but if it becomes habitual, or if you miss more than 3 WoE consecutively without us having some information about why, your character will be removed from the guild to allow for space and easier tracking of active players. You are free to rejoin the guild upon becoming WoE active again, simply inform us and you will be re-invited. We only kick permanently if someone is found botting, other than that its no hard feelings and we hope you will re-join us when WoE active again.


3) WoE Knowledge*:

* - Can be overlooked for players that are willing and able to learn.

This includes WoE time schedule and WoE environment fighting. you may not be familiar with WoE time and it may be inconvenient to you, particularly if you live between the UK and India and are younger than 18 years old, in those cases it is between 11pm Saturday and 4am Sunday. Other than that it may conflict with some extra curricular activities like soccer practice or something so it is important that you know the time. We will infrom you of the exact start and end time for you once you PM us ingame (names to PM at bottom of post).

About the WoE environment, some effects (Knock Back), skills (teleport, Warp, Ice Wall, etc.) and gears (Phen Card) do not work in WoE it is simply better if you know about these restrictions as well as a bit about team play and skills to counter most in WoE. 4) WoE Build Character:

There is no point in joining us for PvM or MvP only, we are a WoE guild primarily and therefore your main character should be designed to be effective in WoE. If you have knowingly made your character a PvM or MvP build and you can see that it is now quite useless in WoE, then you need another character or another build to join us. Assistance is rendered to your MAIN WOE CHARACTER ONLY.


5) Level 100+

Perhaps you have a friend who is level 90+ Trans, that is ok but you will not be able to efficiently contribute to WoE unless you are level 100+ and even then it is difficult. For those that may be 90+ Trans you will likely need to help us out with warps and scouting if possible.




Characters Currently Needed in higher priority:

-Maestro/Wanderer
-Arch Bishop
-Sorcerer
-Warlock
-Guillotine Cross
-Royal Guard

Other classes will be accepted but in case you are rethinking what class to play in WoE, these will help us more than any other because we have some decent contribution of other classes/roles.

I'd love to join but my 150 rk isn't technically a woe only build so I guess I'll stay as front line cannon fodder for valk. My half assed hybrid build definitely isn't l33t enough for you guys.

I think you missed the bold parts, so i pointed them out now for you to see easier. It doesn't matter if you are Hybrid or MvP build, as long as you are still effective in WoE. No one said you HAD to be "technically a WoE only build".

I don't care if you make 100 million negative comments about my thread but at least make it accurate. I accept my flaws wherever they are because i honestly give the best I can in each thing that i do, and if I come up short, there is nothing i can do about that but you at least know i gave my best. So i will accept any accurate negative comment but at least make it accurate please.

Representatives are only people who are willing and able to do random interviews. I don't know that IHB will be willing to take random interviews as he is often busy in game. If you know IHB and he's willing to do interview for you that's fine.

You guys don't accept hybrids sorry about that

Hybrid builds are only versatile to certain classes. They also don't work effectively for WoE until they are at least lv140+. Great examples would be Rune Knights. They can easily have 100 str/vit/int with the rest into dex and agi for a good status immune Stormblasting/CSing and decent aspd RK.

No one said that we don't accept hybrids. We actually have a super hybrid build character in the guild and he's been here for some time now. Also this is totally unrelated to whole question of representatives.

It's just small talk and keeps the thread bumped in a creative way. :3 It also gets to show people what the representatives are like through these questions. That in turn means people should be careful of what they do or say, but you're doing a great job at the moment. So there's nothing to worry about. Chill~~~
