renewing old account

so i am just coming back to ro now that it is free again and i am trying to get my old account back, and i know my old account name and email but it also asks me "are you a bot?" and no matter what i type it says that i must enter a valid code, does anyone know what i need to say here or where i can get this code to complete this process?
