both the same
only difference is IM buffs buff everyone in the party (party buffs)

If I remember correctly, only the Clobber Charm from IM is actually better than the regular one, aside from Party or Ally Targets.

at the skills it only shows the BASE points of them
no matter if you got 15 400 or 800 int the same will be shown at the skills

So to buff an entire party at the same time, you would need to buy all the supportive skills from the IM ? :/
I was hoping to buy just one skill to enable the party buff mode, but buying all skills... Are those tradable ?
