Hi, I am new to Dragon Saga, and I have everything installed and the patch is installed, but when i install the patch i get this script error which says "unable to set value of the property 'src': object is null or undefined" Line: 52 Char: 2 Code: 0, and URL: http://www.playdrago...tatingbanner.js
I don't know if that effects the gameplay or not, but i installed the patch completely and it still won't let me launch the game at full screen or window mode. Any suggestions? Thanks for your time.

Try running the installer again and selecting the "repair" option. Then restart and try running it again afterwards.

I would suggest re-installing and making sure the previous download was completely removed. Also, if you have Gateway running, please disable or uninstall it.

What gateway do you mean and how do I disable or uninstall it?

It is likely that you do not have Gateway running. It's a program used by Gravity/WarpPortal.

I've uninstalled and re-installed the game twice, re-downloaded the game entirely twice, and I still get the same problems, it will not launch at all, and my laptop meets the minimum requirements to play this game, is there anything I could do to fix it?

Can you run the last suggestion, send the file in the support team, and then PM me the ticket number so I can review it?

when i ran hijack this it says "for some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, Hijack may NOT be able to fix this. If this happens, you need to edit the file yourself. To do this, click Start, Run and type:
notepad C:\windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
and press enter. Find the line(s) Hijack This reports and delete them. Save the file as 'hosts.' (with quotes), and reboot.

For vista: simply apply, exit Hijack This, right click on the Hijack This icon, and choose 'run as administrator'."

but, when i finished scanning the pc, it says "cannot find the C:\Program Files(x86)\Trend\Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.log file. Do you want to create a new file?"

i'm not sure what to do afterwards and i'm not sure what i'm supposed to report, there are alot of things hijackthis scanned

Are you running as the Administrator? It is likely not giving you access due to the permissions set on the OS.
