improve Lithifying Terror skill

I cant recall when I last uses it or had someone use it on me ever since the nerf. The 4 m range makes it useless since u would either be stun/sleep/hush before u tried to get in range and most likely killed when u tried to cast it since soul hunter/defi/domi are generally squishy. The skill really need to have more range than 4 m , or make it instant cast at least. Back in S1 u could lith someone/mob and uses aoes to cause dmg but since the 'bug' was removed I dun see why the skill have to be nerfed so bad.

this skill shouldnt exist. something more than 6 m is to op , if make it instant cast will be to op , but ppl dont use it , i thing is better to delete this skill and put the defiler short range isntant stun on soul hunter.
PS: i think is to op cuz it ''delete'' the player.

The problem is that the skill is made to disable a player and not to kill it. As it is, someone would need to stun the target first, and then use lithifying terror. Someone could use it after Terms of Service, but most of the times the player is more worried trying to cast the aoes over the group and dont have time to cast it. I think that with the use they tryed to give it, the skill becomes useless, because there arnt many scenarios in wich disable a player/npc gives more adventages than kill it: what i mean is, why Terms of Service and lythify a player if you can Terms of Service and kill it.

If it have too long range or if is instant cast, it would be too oped. Maybe 15m would be ok, after all, it have a very long CD.

No. If lith is maxed it can disable for 1 minute. its cooldown is about a minute long. Which was the problem. I once had a defiler run back and forth in TB lithing me any chance he got, it was funny, but annoying. I got lithed 4 times in a row and couldn't do anything the last 4 minutes. With a 4m range, they can be stopped before they cast it. They either need to make the cast time .5~1 second or raise the range on it a bit. And i agree with Evil, binding soul needs to be a soul hunter skill, as does bloody spear, or curse effect because soul hunters should get at least 1 aoe.
