This guide was written by Gazelle from a past server of mine. I don't even know who that is, but proper credits should be given. I did not initiate this guide, I edited it, put some colors to make it easier to read, switch some names and added some cards missing. I've also maintained it with new cards update since its creation. Also, there is an appendix in alphabetical order to define each section and search what you're looking for.

The Actual Guide follows these categories with the following sort order: Category Name - Equipment Type - Alphabetical.
Armor Enchantment Cards: cards that enchant armor with a certain elemental property level 1. For instance, if you wore an armor with fire property, you would receive 150% damage from water property, 50% from earth, 25% from fire, 125% from poison, and the rest would stay the same.

Careful though, most attack from monsters are neutral property attack.
Casting Time/Interruption Cards: Cards that affect casting time, after-cast delay or give the ability to cast even when you receive damage.
Chance Cards - Item Drop when Killing: Cards that add a chance of dropping a certain item when a mob is killed.
Chance Cards - Skill when Attacking: Cards that give a chance of casting a certain skill when attacking.
Chance Cards - Skill when Physical/Magical Damage: Cards that give a chance of casting a certain skill when receiving Physical or Magical damage.
Chance Cards - Special Status when Attacking: Cards that give a chance of inflicting a certain status effect when attacking.

This is an attempt to group all of the different cards based on what effect they have (for example those which increase damage) regardless of where they are slotted. Note that not all cards are implemented. All the data here was initially derived from RMS [Rate My Server] card definitions and maintained with iro wiki's database.

Argiope - Poisoning Card (Armor): Enchant armor with the Poison property. DEF+1.
Bathory - Evil Card (Armor): Enchant armor with the Shadow property.

Phen - Under a Cast Card (Accessory): Skill casting can not be interrupted. Increase Casting Time by 25%.
Clock Tower Manager - of Torment Card (Headgear): Reduce Casting Time by 5%. INT+1.
Dark Illusion - Spell Master's Card (Headgear): Reduce Casting Time by 10%. Maximum HP and SP-10%.

Kathryne Keyron - of Caster Card (Headgear): Reduce Casting Time by 1% per Refine Level of the equipment this card is compunded on. Refine Rate 9~10: MATK+2%.
Kiel - of Reload Card (Headgear): Reduces all skill's after-cast delay by 30%.
Isilla - Aria Card (Headgear): INT+2. When performing a magical attack there's a small chance that for 5 seconds you'll gain 50% reduction in cast time and FLEE+30.

Spring Rabbit - Roast Scented Card (Accessory): Add a chance of gaining Meat or Monster's Feed each time a Brute monster is killed. Meat and Monster's Feed restore 50% more HP.
Stem Worm - Monsoon Card (Accessory): Every time you kill a Brute monster, you can receive a Box of Storms.
Tengu - of Reservoir Card (Accessory): Add a chance of gaining a restorative item each time a monster is killed.
Wraith - of Last Laugh Card (Accessory): Every time you kill an Undead monster, you can receive a Giggling Box.

Cramp - Greedy Card (Headgear): Add a 1% chance of gaining a certain amount of Zeny each time a monster is killed.
Dark Pinguicula - Pollution Card (Headgear): When killing monsters, adds a chance to have a poisonous herb drop.
Dryad - Green Stone Card (Headgear): Add a chance of gaining Green Live each time a Plant monster is killed. Add a 10% resistance against Earth Property attacks.
Giant Hornet - Yellow Stone Card (Headgear): Add a chance of gaining Wind of Verdure each time an Insect monster is killed. Add a 10% resistance against the WindProperty.
Knocker - Miner's Card (Headgear): Add a small chance to get Rough Oridecon and Rough Eluminium from Formless monster. Increases damage on Formless monster by 5%.
Leaf Cat - Blue Stone Card (Headgear): Add a chance of gaining Crystal Blue each time a Fish or Shellfish monster is killed. Add a 10% resistance against WaterProperty attacks.
Leib Olmai - Red Stone Card (Headgear): Add a chance of gaining Red Blood each time a Brute monster is killed. Add a 10% resistance against Fire Property attacks.
Myst Case - Cubic Card (Headgear): Add a chance of gaining Gift Box each time a monster is killed.

Hydro - Magic Eater Card (Accessory): Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 1 Spell Breaker on the enemy when attacking.
Violy - Fiddler's Card (Accessory): Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 1 Frost Joker on an enemy when attacking. If the user has mastered the skill at Level 5, it will cast Level 5 Frost Joker.
Wikebine - Gangster Card (Accessory): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Strip Armor on the enemy when attacking.
Wind Ghost - Thunderbold Card (Accessory): Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 3 Jupitel Thunder on the enemy when attacking. If the user has mastered the skill at Level 10, it will cast Level 10 Jupitel Thunder.
Wild Rider - Sprinting Card (Footgear): When dealing physical damage there is a 5% chance to cast Level 1 Agi Up on yourself. AGI+1.
Kasa - Stygia Card (Garment): Add a 5% chance of autocast Level 5 Fire Bolt on the enemy when attacking.
Bloody Knight - Meteoric Card (Weapon): Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 1 Meteor Storm on the enemy when attacking.
Chepet - of Caress Card (Weapon): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 5 Heal on the enemy when attacking.
Enchanted Peach Tree - Rejuvenating Card (Shield): Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 1 Heal on the user when attacking. If the user has mastered the skill at Level 10, it will cast Level 10 Heal.
Garm Baby - of Frost Card (Weapon): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 3 Frost Diver on the enemy when attacking. Garm Baby & Garm - Card Combo: Frost Diver chance Increases to 30%.
Gryphon - Wild Card (Weapon): Flee Rate+2. Critical Rate+7. Swordman Class: Add a 1% chance of auto casting Level 5 Bowling Bash on the enemy when attacking.
Injustice - Extending Card (Weapon): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Sonic Blow on the enemy when attacking. Injustice & Zealotus - Card Combo: ATK+20. LUK+3.
Metaling - Disarm Card (Weapon): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Strip Weapon on enemy when attacking.
Randgris - of Elimination Card (Weapon): Add a 1% chance of auto casting Level 1 Dispell when attacking. Make a weapon indestructible (except in upgrade attempts). Increases Physical Attack Strength by 10%.
Sidewinder - Hybrid Card (Weapon): Causes Double Attack by 5% chance. If character has learned Double Attack, this card won't take effect.
Solace - Divine Card (Weapon): Priest, High Priest Class: Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 5 Grand Cross when attacking.
Stormy Knight - Storm-Bringer's Card (Weapon): Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 2 Storm Gust on the enemy when attacking. Has 20% chance of Freezing an enemy when attacking.
Thanatos Maero - Slug Card (Weapon): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 3 Decrease Agility on the enemy when attacking. ATK+5.
Turtle General - Explosive Card (Weapon): 3% chance of automatically casting Level 10 Magnum Break on the enemy when attacking. Increases damage inflicted on all enemies by 20%.
Whitesmith - of Hollgren Card (Weapon): Add a 10% chance of breaking the enemy's weapon and a 7% chance of breaking the enemy's armor when attacking.
Holgrehenn's Refining Hammer & Whitesmith Card Item Combo: 9% bonus chance to destroy enemy's equipment (armor/weapon), and small chance to destroy your own by 1%. Base Strength >= 44: Damage calculation becomes ATK+44.

Bongun - of Knock-Back Card (Accessory): Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 1 Bash on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage. The Bash skill shoves the enemy 5 cells back. Receive 100% more damage from Munaks.
Errende Ebecee - Anti-Arror Card (Accessory): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Pneuma on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.
Ifrit - Inferno Card (Accessory): Add a 1% chance of auto casting Level 2 Earthquake on the user when the user receives Physical Damage. Increase ATK, Critical Rate, and HIT every 10 Job Level.
Lude - of Patience Card (Accessory): Novice, Super Novice Class: Add a 20% chance of auto casting Level 1 Endure on the user when the user receives Physical Damage. Lude & Quve - Card Combo: Novice, Super Novice Class: Maximum HP+300. Maximum SP+60.
Owl Baron - of Doubled Power Card (Accessory): Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 1 Lex Aeterna on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage.

Quve - Sneaky Card (Accessory): Novice, Super Novice Class: Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 1 Increase Agility on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.
Shinobi - Coward's Card (Accessory): Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 5 Cloaking on the user when the user receives Physical Damage. If you equip this without learning Level 3 Cloaking or higher, it only activates when you are next to the wall. AGI+1.
Aliza - of Temptation Card (Armor): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Wink of Charm on an enemy when the user receives physical damage. Dancer, Gypsy Class: Auto cast chance increases to 10%.
Anolian - of Clarity Card (Armor): Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 1 Attention Concentrate on the user when the user receives Physical Damage. If the user has mastered the skill at Level 10, it will cast Level 10 Attention Concentrate.
Antonio - of Escape Card (Armor): Add a 50% chance of auto casting Level 1 Teleport on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.
Champion - of Penetrating Card (Armor): Adds a 7% chance of auto-casting Level 5 Occult Impaction when physically attacked. ATK+7%. If AGI 110 or greater, additional ATK+7%.
Clock - Guardian's Card (Armor): Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 3 Auto Guard on the user when the user receives Physical Damage. If the user has mastered the skill at Level 10, it will cast Level 10 Auto Guard.
Creator - of Acid Card (Armor): Adds a 7% chance of auto-casting Level 5 Acid Terror when physically attacked (requires acid bottle). Critical Rate +20%. If STR 110 or greater, additional Critical Rate +20%.
Detale - of Magic Card (Armor): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Land Protector around the user when the user receives Magical Damage. Gain protection from the Freeze status. MDEF-20.
Geographer - Blessed Card (Armor): Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 2 Blessing on the user when the user receives Physical Damage. If the user has mastered the skill at Level 10, it will cast Level 10 Blessing.
High Priest - Protection Card (Armor): Add a small chance to auto-spell Level 1 Assumptio on yourself every time you receive a Magical or a Physical Damage.
Ktullanux - Jack Frost Card (Armor): Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 10 Frost Nova on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage. Increases damage against Fire Property monsters by 50%.
Loli Ruri - of the Stix Card (Armor): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 3 Heal on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.
Paladin - of Grand Cross Card (Armor): Adds a 7% chance of auto-casting Level 10 Grand-Cross when receiving magic damage. Max HP +10%. If Int 110 or greater, additional Max HP +10%.
Professor - of Magic Protection Card (Armor): Adds a 7% chance of auto-casting Level 5 Magnetic Earth when receiving magic damage. MATK+7%. If Dex 110 or greater, additional MATK+7%.
Stalker - of Gentleman Card (Armor): Adds a 7% chance of auto-casting Level 1 Full Divestment when physically attacked. HIT+20. If LUK 110 or greater, additional HIT+20.
Alarm - Seeker's Card (Footgear): Add a 20% chance of auto casting Level 1 Sight around the user when the user receives physical damage, Max HP+300, VIT+1.
Alarm, Tower Manager, Clock & Punk - Card Combo: MDEF+3. DEF+3.
Amon Ra - Protective Card (Footgear): Add a 3% chance of auto casting Level 10 Kyrie Eleison on the user when the user receives Physical Damage. Base Intelligence >= 99: Add a chance of auto casting Level 10 Kyrie Eleison is increased to 10%.
Dark Lord - of Doom Card (Footgear): Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 5 Meteor Storm on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage.
Rudo - Toilet Card (Footgear): When receiving physical damage, there is a chance to lose 40 SP and activate the following effects: Endure Level 1 will be activated. || Movement speed will be increased for 3 seconds. || AGI+44 for 3 seconds.
Punk - Bogie Card (Garment): Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Quagmire around the user when the user receives Physical Damage. If the user has mastered the skill at Level 5, it will cast Level 5 Quagmire.
Wanderer - Pressure Card (Garment): Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 1 Intimidate on an enemy when the user receives Physical Damage. Thief Class: Flee Rate+20.

Magnolia - Cursing Card (Weapon): Curse enemy when attack (success chance 5%).
