CDC Zombie Apocalypse

So a while back the Center for Disease Control and Prevention put out a zombie survival guide.
That's right! A governmental agency posting a guide to prepare people for an outbreak of unreal proportions!
Although the guide seems a little light hearted it still makes you wonder.

I want to know what everyone here thinks.

Could a zombie outbreak really happen? And if so what 5 items would you gather and keep on you at all times?

If you voted yes, what is your logic behind the answer? Then pick your 5 items to grab and start killing or atleast surviving!

If you don't think it could happen feel free to have fun and compile a list anyway!

I'll start ~ I think it could happen although it is very unlikely. I imagine a virus outbreak in a hospital and the people effected become rabid. Haha let's hope not.

My list:

1. 12 Gauge shotty and Ammo
2. Machete
3. Water Canteen
4. Movie make up to blend in with the rest of the horde when I have to travel.
5. And the Harry Potter books in case I get bored and tired of slayin zombies.

1. Power (electricity)
2. Free Internet (cause everyone will be worried about zombies)
3. Move to a twinky factory (come on we all know they never go bad)
4. Gravity to have stable connections on their servers (permenantly)
5. Maybe have a well/public water so if one goes down I got back up
6. Maybe a female companion (unless they nag then they get kicked out to the zombies)(jk~)
7. Maybe a few guns if they find me
8. Knowledge of how to repair every electronic ever made (for when I get bored (guess this would be books mostly)
9. A tank to roam around in (let's face it tanks are awesome doesn't matter who you are)
10. I guess enough fuel to last me a life time for the tank.
