I have been trying to find help in regards to a pet that just disappeared. By reading other forums it seems I need to enter in a "ticket."
When trying to access the support.warpportal.com website, SmarterTrack asks for a username and a password. I have tried all the combinations of usernames and passwords that I can think of. For example my account email, my account nickname, my ragnarok online account name. After entering in the data it returns an error "No user was found in the system with the username and password specified."
Does access to the support portion of the website require a separate registration? Am I doing something wrong? Any help provided would be of great assistance.

However that Smarttracker thingie is new to me O_O I tried it once, couldn't log in, and now the page seems broken or something... Sooooo My guess is they are working on the support page (login) atm .
Give it a few mins... Hours? And try again I guess.

I could get to the login 5 mins ago but... Now all I see it his (it's at 100% after a retry tho).
