I'll list 3 so far, I'm sure I'll find more eventually.

Muscipular card only casts increase agi, the skill description says its supposed to be a level 1 heal and agi. It simply does not heal.

Purity Robe actually increases the heal % by only a little over 4%, not 5% as it states.

The Divine Cross does not add in the bonus +10% matk when equipped with a spiritual ring.

Issue 1 is a bug - though one that nobody cares about; the card would be utter garbage even if it worked properly.

Issue 2 is because part of the healing recovery is added AFTER +% healing effects. This is intended, as far as I know.

Issue 3 is simply a display bug, for which a fix has been requested, see sticky in bug reports forum. +% matk effects do not change matk displayed in status window. It has been tested ad nauseum by players, mods, and GMs, and +% matk effects ARE working.

1. Not arguing. I just don't think it's justified to push for a fix; there are so many other higher priority issues.

2. The formula is:

([(Base Level+INT) / 5] Ã? 30 ) Ã? (1+(Modifiers/100)) Ã? (Heal Level*0.1) + StatusMATK + EquipMATK - [(WeaponMATK Ã? WeaponLvl) / 10]

+% heal effects go under modifiers, so they only effect the first part of the formula ([(Base Level+INT) / 5] Ã? 30 ) Ã? (1+(Modifiers/100)) Ã? (Heal Level*0.1), not the matk-based portion of the heal amount. Actually, I think that formula is for min heal, with max heal replacing the last - with a +, maybe? That rendition of the formula suffices to illustrate the point. +% heal effects only effect the portion of the healing recovery based on level, int, and skill level, not the portion based on matk. I am under the impression that this is intended, though it could be a case of a mis-placed parenthesis. The issue was raised with the GMs when the renewal update was implemented.

3. It was tested for the general case of +% matk items, which you can test by taking off weapon (so the damage is constant) and using an accessory or headgear with +% matk. The conclusion was that +% matk bonuses are working, but do not display in the stat window. And like I said, a fix has been requested. It was not tested in specific for the divine cross set; there's no reason to suspect that it's broken. A 10% difference in damage is pretty big; if you were to go around doing stuff using a similar-matk weapon (don't forget about the effect of upgrade on weapon matk), you'd notice a difference of that magnitude.
