[Quey]

This is the first time I have installed this game ever. I wanted to try a new game out. I downloaded the game and installed it. It says it patched successfully. Now it wants me to set up settings for in game. Like my graphics, sound, size of screen, and all of that. I click on the setting I would like to use and click ok. Confirm that is what I want. It goes away then pops right back up asking again. I can't even close out of it and now I have two of the same thing open and they wont go away. Any help to fix this would be great other wise I will just uninstall it and will never try again.

To interrupt the endless loop:

Windows 8

Note: I haven't tested these instructions.

• Press shift-control-escape to open Task Manager.
• Select "Ragnarok" in the list.
• Press "end task" and then confirm the action.

Windows 7 and earlier

• Press shift-control-escape to open Task Manager.
• Open the "processes" tab.
• Select either Ragexe.exe or clragexe.exe in the table.
• Press "end process" and then confirm the action.

To prevent the problem from recurring, always open the clients using the following method:

• Right-click the appropriate shortcut.
• Choose "run as administrator".
• Answer the User Account Control dialogue window affirmatively.
