Star of large and small screen alike, Ming-Na is this week's Character Actor Spotlight. Currently on the Agents of SHIELD tv show, she is probably most famous for her voice acting and appearances in films like The Joy Luck Club and a personal favorite of mine: Street Fighter the Movie. As intrepid reporter (and secret assassin) Chun Li, she appears in perhaps the greatest scene ever committed to film: 

 

Rest in Peace, Raoul Julia. A fine Gomez, and the best performance in an otherwise terrible videogame movie. _{Also please see the MST3k episode Overdrawn at the Memory bank for more Juilia-goodness.} 

 

Born in Macau, she moved to the United States and became an actor. She would go on to voice the first Asian Disney Princess as Mulan, in an interestingly violent twist on the traditional Disney storytelling that didn't really need a tiny talking dragon. Pre-Avatar, this was the west taking inspiration from the art and style of the East. She has also been on other projects like ER, Phineas and Ferb and the bad Final Fantasy movie.

There has been an exp event for all players going on for the past month, where the exp needed to level from level 1-99 (trans and non trans) was cut in half.

There already is an exp event for both non-VIP & VIP. SMH

 

Drops is for VIP, be happy you even have that. If they do it for non-VIP it better not stack with the VIP one (which I know a lot are hoping for this again), we haven't even hit any major holidays.

Considering what I have been running across in the low TI, they need a slow pace to learn2play their class cause it's pretty aweful watching some of them.

 

Besides, holidays are right around the corner, that means events are coming with them.
