Everything I move to storage disappears when I relog.

Everything I move to cart disappears when I relog.

I lost flywings at first...

But now I lost 500 bombs

I wonder what else I lost not noticing....

 

Anyone else having this problem?

Same I just put a +12 Bxb and a +4Bxb in storage and they both disappeared. Think it's the same database problem.

It's working fine for me, just tested putting items into storage form cart and into cart from storage. nothing vanished upon relogging.

did low turn in and i was fine but did summoner moved some gears into storage and now theyre gone... thought i dropped them but noticed that some untradeables were missing too... you're not alone mag!

Issue seems fixed now, though my items haven't come back.

Guilds are also acting up, doesn't recognize I'm in one, guild chat won't work, it's as if I left it.

 

Edit; fixed with relog, but happened with 2 clients.

No Rollback required. I was able to find the records of the items disappearing. If you lost something you need to submit a ticket and the GM team will restore it.

What if you don't remember exactly what you threw into storage. Is the ticket gonna be fast? a friend's brynhild went kaput.

Isolated, the IT team did something that lagged the server for a moment. Holden went over there and told them to STAHP.

We have the logs and we can see where an item should be. If you submit a ticket like that they should still be able to restore. I have messaged the supervisor of the GM team and he is working on it.

It wasn't their fault really it was a task that needed to happen. But will happen during maintenance.

Makes sense, I went back and forth from Eden to Gramps thrice cause my Eden buffs keep on disappearing and I was like, is this Alzheimer's?

While on topic, is 36hrs-72hrs normal for ticket reply? A 'friend' submitted ticket and first reply took more than 36hrs, 2nd reply more than 72hrs.
