Patch Notes for 10/27/14
The servers will be optimized during today's maintenance. I'm assuming this means they will be working on the dungeon issues tonight with that optimization.
There are no further patch notes from development at this time. If this changes, we will add those additional notes.

A friendly reminder to fix the following KAFRA ITEM bug:
Kirkena Costume (Tradable KAFRA version from the Halloween Costume box) has serious graphic bug, the costume is overlapping with half of our gears.
This bug has already been reported last week (You could ask Njoror)
There are already two threads about this issue in the bug report section of the forum (See the pictures in the links below)

Couple of people in-game also told me that they are reluctant to buy Kirkena Costume because of the above issues. It needs to be fixed asap if you want to increase your sales of Halloween Costume Box!
FYI, the NON-TRADABLE version does not have this issue!
Right now, Kirkena Costume is so bugged to the point that it is disgusting to wear it due to overlapping with your gears. The costume is completely broken!
I hope they can fix it asap just like how they fix Bone Dragon Wing quickly back then

Also the legs on the devil costume for noels...the color is off. These are cash items, please fix them so they are right.

please fix the bug with the cards as well, i switched my cards from condor to mummy, then when i got dc, and logged in again. one of my mummy cards became condor again O_O i dunno if this is only a glitch or something >_< and thanks in advance, hope youll fix osi entrance in a fast manner>>

We've wrapped up maintenance early and have re-opened.
We are looking into the dungeon issues players are having, and have determined it was not a server issue. We are getting reports it may be tied with parties entering dungeons, resets, etc. If you have any solid steps to reproduce the issue 100% of the time, please submit a support ticket and we will look into investigating and fixing ASAP.

Those reports sound more like the ways we've found to avoid the issue. Personally, i've experienced the bug only a few times:
1. First it was by myself in Dimensional crack, after i re-entered the game i tried pressing Reset dungeon and was able to get in without issues.
2. Helping a friend in Payon Tomb, we got bugged a couple times trying to enter. I managed to enter by myself, invited him to party and made him leader, then he was able to enter a new instance (so i had to exit and re-enter). We had to do it this way for the two runs we did.
3. Helping the same friend in Lab, the first time I warped without issues. We tried a second run and got bugged, after that I tried using the same method as before, but to no avail, it just didn't work.
4. Helping a party of 3 people, i tried to warp and got bugged, we tried a second time with same results, finally I was able to enter after 2 of them left the party and i became leader (I did press Reset dungeon though, so I don't know if that helped).
5. Helping someone with Drake's ship, we got bugged when he tried to enter, so I tried being leader (press reset dungeon) and got bugged again. In the end I got in by myself and did as in "2.", so he was able to create a new instance.
On the other hand, i've also "helped" others to fix the issue, though it's so random that i can't tell what's exactly causing it:
1. Someone was unable to get the Master level quest due to the bug. I invited him to party, and he was able to enter; after a SoulMaker joined the party, he was unable to enter again. In the end i left the party and later he said it apparently was caused by the noel transformation "Awake", since he had no issues when he tried to enter without transforming.
2. Someone was unable to enter a dungeon for one of the union quests, i invited her to party and she was able to enter after i made her leader. Later when she tried Hell of Deadly poison she couldn't enter, so she left party and apparently got inside in the next try.
From what I can tell, the issue happens more often in certain dungeons if alone. And others if in party. Since i'm bored I'll just try entering as many dungeons as i can several times to see how often i get bugged.
PS: I've noticed that when you click the Warp icon, the pop up says "Cannot enter the dungeon" or something similar.. Is this right? I've never paid attention to it until now.
