This will suck for those who managed to +12 ~ +14 their gears last night.
oh wow I'd be so pissed if I spent hundreds of dollars and got lucky and +14'd something.. then.. ROLLBACK.

I just got my KVM spear +14, then rollback ... then
I lost my +14 KVM spear but I am not asking for any compensations, I am nice like that. Thanks to the GM team for fixing the issue

Due to rollback, they extend the EXP event (for VIP users) .... ahh by the way, you got normal non-vip players that become affected to this, you know? why we arent getting compensation for this? for example, EXP boost 2x?

Non VIP players do have compensation. The server is currently in a 1.5x EXP and Drops event as well as the double VIP event.

If you consider the problem that was occurring, much more damage would have been done if the rollback wasn't performed. If that had happened, you'd all be complaining about being unable to trade items among other things.
Though it isn't very desirable to lose progress, the rollback was a necessary move and someone has to pass the news.
Putting the blame on the GMs, who really just maintain the server and communicate with the players isn't right when this is a limitation of the game(at least it sounds like the game's limitation to me).
Problems occur, especially in games because they're complex, bugs can be difficult to find, and it hurts to look through code that's messy and hard to understand.
The problem is most people aren't aware of such things or refuse to acknowledge this...
