Any update on whether the poring fedora hat from cash shop is account bound or not? Also can you provide any word on why merc scrolls can only be shifted across accounts via buy shop?

that's because they never addressed the item stack issue even though people warned about it. they need to fix the cause not just address the symptoms.

To be honest this would be nice but it is unlikely, remember that Insurances are a Kafra Shop item that are always wanted for higher leveling. WarpPortal isn't exactly going to reduce a good selling KP item just because.

exp penalty means the reduced exp from level difference; pretty sure she doesn't mean the death penalty.

regardless removing the exp penalty would require a significant change to how much exp certain things give as i can imagine many monsters have outsized exp to hp ratios.

4) I have fallen characters and requested for EWL restoration via support but I was turned down and the response I had was due to the deadline given for PMs for FallenRecovery . I find it unfair because first of all , that thread was for item restoration . Second , everybody else who requested for it was able to have it back . I wish there was a black and white rules regarding that part otherwise I'd really have to purchase them again

Could you please revert bio3 spawn to normal? it has been doubled for a month now, it makes it extremely laggy when both bio4 and bio3 have x2 spawn, not to mention bio3 doesn't need that mob density.

 

Edit; Are loading screen rewards being handed out? apparently they were supposed to be last week.

1)why is it at exactly 5:36 am PST (8:36 manila time) everyday thor server lags for 10secs-1minute and get a server wipeout? not a day this fail to happen. it becomes apparent because it's frequent.

2)will there be a july box or the july box is the m.y. madness box? 

3)how often does firesale happen?

1. Any considerations of rising reset weight limit to 2000 instead of 0? I mean there is no reason to be 0, I think the trans npc doesn't require you to be 0 weight anymore afaik.
    
2. What do you think of making a costume version of heart ribbon hairband? Before anyone start flaming this is simply suggesting to offer an option to +8 the available ones to get a costume version of it through Alora npc. There should NEVER BE a standalone costume version of heart ribbon hairband released into lucky box. It is rare and it should remain so.
    
3. Some of the community headgears are still not working like the harvester hat [1] and there is the issue of autumn hairband effects not permanent (?). Can you please shed the light on this?
    
4. At some point we were supposed to get eddga doll [1] (tiger king) in lucky box but that didn't happen! Is the chance still stands for getting that sometime in future in a lucky box?

Create topic with in-game rules. I'm clearly understand, that "don't act like a [bad word]" is the best rule, but there are many details e.g. ruRO rules (official russian ragnarok server) allow you to Heal and Buff MvP, put Pneuma, Safety Wall or perform any other actions to hinder another player kill it! 

 

And ruRO dying. Players now migrating to iRO. I just want my buddies "don't act like a [bad word]" or get banned because of misunderstandings local rules of conduct.
