so not only are these not tradeable (nor will they be tradeable) but you cant sell them to NPCs? WTF is up with that? so many people did the instance multiple times and now we are essentially stuck with these things in our storage unless we want to upgrade them all til they break... i dont get the reasoning behind this... in addition when i asked repeatedly for costumes to be made tradeable i was told that since costumes couldnt be upgraded they wouldnt break and therefor wouldnt ever leave the economy... and yet now we have not 1 but 2 different costume gears that are in fact tradeable... make up your minds guys....

No one cares about that hat. Even the feedback thread for it is already buried. So I don't think the GMs would even care to change it, or do a little bit testing to make sure that the chance is 3%.

People need to get over it not being tradeable, we have had a lot of hats like that. Its bad anyways. Put them on a novice and delete it. The quest is mainly for the exp anyways.

Edit: The fact that anyone thinks they could make bank on selling these later is delusional. There is already a bunch of them from people spamming the quest for exp. And once again, they suck.

It is bad because it doesn't perform as well as it was advertised. Shame.. it would have been a decent version of RWH for ASPD characters. :S

like i said i dont care if i can trade them or not but at least make it so i can sell them to the NPCs even if its for 0z.... whenever somebody complains theyre stuck with an items the response is usually stick it on a novice and delete it... what if you only have 3 characters available total cuz you never got VIP? im supposed to erase a character just to make a novice to put crap on and erase them? everything should be sellable to NPCs even if its for 0z....

Your whole post is a giant qq about things being tradeable so yeah, that is gonna be my response. They should be abled to be npc'd I didn't say otherwise, was just giving another option.

Make a novice, dump the Costume, delete it, is the only possible solution.

or ticket in and get it removed maybe.

Sent a ticket about this issue and RWC Weapons' Weapon Perfection effect on Tuesday night. I haven't received a reply.

People probably think it is working as intended. If it actually is, then it's garbage. People don't report for garbage items.

I've been testing it some more with my lv 126 Agi RK on Raydrics in Ymir server. I have 193 ASPD and high flee; so I am assuming my "trick or treat?" that procs through auto-attacking procs more often than the one that is triggered by being attacked. I am using Violet Fear that has 3% to cast meteor storm, and so far my meteor storm procs way more often than the "trick or treat?".

Now that I think of it, does auto-attack even trigger the heal/drain? Could it be the "trick or treat"'s that I've gotten so far on my testing were triggered by only being attacked?

This is what the website says:
"Has a random chance of healing or taking away HP and restoring or taking away SP while attacking and being attacked."

lol, it's vendable on classic. I don't have char that compatible for that quest but I get those from vendings.. Now if Valk can also vendable I surely buy another one for my alt...

Tested the hat using my ninja, comparing its proc rate with Isilla card on my mid headgear. Isilla card proc way more than the hat. It doesn't look like 5% vs 3%.

I didn't do this quest, is the hat working properly? Should I do the quest to get some hats? I want one for me and the others to sell. But only if it's working well.
