[Spyclops]

Hello all,

I used the gate to jump from South Hammerine to Plancy and the loading is stuck at 30% while the downloading map resources is frozen at 98%. On the location at the character selection screen it says North Hammerine. I can still play on my other facebook account, so it's not a problem with flash or the browser.
Assistance would be appreciated.

Most likely it did not download the resource file needed. How Kalydo works is different. It is not Flash. Also your facebook version is saved in a different area then the Kalydo version. My suggestion is to try try again. If you don't want to then get the download client and install it.

Unfortunatly, it never finishes loading no matter how many tries. It seems I would have to download the client or get support to give me hand. Perferably the later.
Can you tell me where I can find my game ID for submitting a ticket?
