Pegasus Test Session - Game Arena for 4/13

Our focus is going to be just general stress testing of the Game Arena, to review performance.
We will also be looking for any hidden bugs that we have not caught to date.

You could look at the mini maps clock it tells you the date and current time for PST so you just need to think ahead a bit to when it says 4pm!4PM PST :/ hmmm...
i dont know what time 4pst in indonesian XD

Problems with groups and queuing:
We had to leave groups, restart clients and restart the server because there were issues, but you know this.
Intense lag inside Crystal Defenders:
I don't know what is causing it but it seems everyone is having this problem.
Spawn locations upon dieing:
It's obvious that having both sides spawn in the same place was an accident, but even still the spawns should be safe from the enemy team. Even if both sides spawned on separate places it was still possible to run over to the enemy spawn and kill the opposite side on the ground.
Group Chat:
I don't know if it just me that finds this annoying, but I keep typing in normal chat only to realize nothing shows because of it. Is it possible to make it so that if you don't specify a chat it automatically goes to group chat?
God Mode:
For some reason certain players had God Mode activated inside the war. These players dealt higher damage than normal and when they got hit, they only received 5's, (non reliable skills still did normal damage however).
No Minimap:
I know this isn't going live just yet, but with the new map it is really difficult to even organize anything or even tell where the crystals are without a mini map.
Buffs:
I've said it before but clerics are too crucial given how mandatory buffs are needed in Rose. It's especially annoying when there is only one cleric per group. Have each class have access a party buff equal or greater than a cleric, in order to give other classes more use in helping out the group, and lessening the burden on the single cleric. (I've posted this in the class balancing thread)

We got a few things to work on, but are making progress!
I have turned on x2 Drops for the weekend, as a thank you for all the help testing the Game Arena.

We are planning for one last test on Friday 13th April @ 4PM PST to test some last moment changes and bug fixes to the Game Arena mechanics before we move the system over to our mainline development for release on the 17th April.
Since the last test, some of the issues which came up during testing have been corrected:
- Fixes to the Group HUD which prevented group members from being targeted correctly.
- Corrections to the point reward system.
- Hiding enemy targets on the minimap while playing the game.
- Corrections to tracking of damage and healing done to the crystals.
- Preventing attacks from continuing at the end of the game.
- Automatically disbanding the group if a player who queued up solo leaves the queue.
- Changes to the player respawn positions, which now change for both teams depending on the current state of the game instead of using the nearest respawn point.
- Enhancements to the scoreboard, including the ability to sort the results by different columns and tabs to display results for each team.
This is quoted from another post, and I think Genesis was going to implement a mini map that shows only allies but not enemies, unfortunately what I see today is a hollow frame that doesn't show anything at all.
Last time, I think version 18, I was able to view the scoreboard from the previous match by pressing G or H, but today in version 19, I couldn't get the scoreboard out anymore, even though I see it after the match is over, so I would like to see a unique button (other than G or H) that shows the scoreboard from previous match. And nice job on the sort function for the scoreboard, it is working.
One strange phenonmenon that I observed is, during the preparation stage before the actual battle (in the previous known as Union house), I was only using mana flame and as I buff the members, I get a badge of healing for no reason, so I wonder if the MP given to other players count as a badge of healing as well.
I see it is kinda messy after the crystal defender match, where I don't get a chance to leave/disband group/join again the crystal defender, every single button in the G or H interface was black out, so I had to relog to fix that. May be you can force everyone disband the group after the match?
Regarding the lag, I hope it is just the problem of Pegasus server box itself, instead of some healing/damage tracking data lagging out the area.
Group chat being the only chat channel during crystal defender was only for Pegasus right? I hope we can use all chat channels during the match, so we can at least get a chance to taunt and trash talk each other.
God mode, I hit 5's on some people and I don't know why, and by the way the defense stat in the avatar is still bugged, showing something way lower than what it really is.
Finally, as being the only cleric in the party, I was unable to regroup my team completely, because it takes too long to buff up the whole party, so again we definitely need some class skill balancing that focus on making every class having a party buff that is just as strong as clerics', I don't have the link here but I think Phish posted it some where.

Once nearly every bug or problem is fixed they could open it longer, for some thorough testing of other parts of the system.
