If you haven't seen it: http://forums.irowiki.org/showthread.php?p=1412643#post1412643 kRO finally disclosed refine rates and it appears +10 to +11 and +11 to +12 were 8% not 10%. Explains why people always have a strong feeling its less than 10%.

the other table might be their "increased refine rate event" periods they have

There were 2 other tables for that though on the website for the double refine event periods.

never tried it myself but does the shadow npc stop you from using enriched to +10 something? also, this should probably be in a thread instead of facebook status :p
