Try disabling your ad blocker. That's been the issue when I've seen that error.

What RichieDagger said. Or you can also try either disabling your antivirus software temporarily while attempting the payment. Just saw the same issue a while ago and that resolved his issue... https://forums.warpportal.com/index.php?/topic/200312-is-the-payment-page-down/
