For you to find party, you must go to the place with most bots... I mean, players and see If you find someone with a chat room looking for members.

For around your level, I guess Payon Dungeon will do, but I recommend you to attempt to solo grind on Rockers until 20, if you don't want to waste so many potions.

Oh yeah that's what i did, Rockers and Pecos are yummy exp. Thanks for the advice as well!
