Training Grounds quests and 1st Class training quests are on the questlog now, so I would assume so. Will have to wait until the story quests in Episode 10 to know for sure.

Granted I haven't gone beyond making a Swordie, I don't recall quest markers, though. Sigh, I can dream of a RO where every quest has full markers and quest/journal dialog that makes all quests reasonably easy to follow without having to resort to wiki guides.
