I think he can still review the process. I know some people who had their MVPs deleted and then restored again due to improper verification procedures. Either way, the panda still cries :(.

After talking to the buyer, I am 99% certain it is a GM mess up. I hope the evidence is enough to get it restored. I am relatively certain that the GM did not do all their homework on the trade.
