The best card ever on chaser ---> Beelze card

P.S you can get the enchants in Malangdo, you have to spend a ton of zenny though to get those perfect enchants

Debuff chasers:

Top Headgear: +12 Red Pom/CEB (red pom more favored), Drooping Alicel (emp break) | KK Card, Maya P
Mid Headgear: BDM, BFG | Maya Purple, Diel (it helps for masq working delays), Dark Illusion (Not that highly recc unless you have DL card)
Lower: Handkerchief (Recc), WCP

Armor: +9 WoE Suit, Valk armor | Unfrozen, Pasana, Ghostring (<-- Essentials), Pest. Goes without saying MVP cards such as detale is better too. Tao gunka for giggles but not as useful
Weapon: Combat Knife spell 4x2+, Combat Knife +6dex, keris +11 dex, vellum damasc +9+ (for emp speed break)
Shield: Valk Shield, Thorny Buckler | Thara Frog, GTB
Garment: +9 HBP (for general build, benefits the most), woe muffler | Immune, anti-snipe, deviling
Shoes: Variants, +9 woe boots | Firelock, DL card

Accessories: RWC Pendants spell 3x2 +3 dex, Dark Rosary, Glorious Ring, | Kafra Blossom Card, Zerom Card, Beez Card

These are end-game woe equips. I bold the equips that helps on cast time reduction - if you go for 100% reduction from stats & food, you want the +dex equips. If you want to go ~70%-100% (depending on beez card or not) cast reduction from non-stat, then you use spell enchant/card reductions along with extra dex for masq rates.
Best way is always using food and achieving -100% cast time reduction through stats, although it is extremely expensive to do so ^^
