PVM means "Player Versus Monster". A PVM guild focuses on leveling, quest, instances, etc.

Oh I enjoy doing WoE immensely but considering I haven't played this game and it on a consistent basis and 13 years I don't really think it's a good idea, at this moment,to be in a guild that is so competitively focused on doing WoE. I played around with iRO in 2015, but still kinda lost lol everything has changed and I'm sitting here being mostly confused. Plus I should add, my priest is still a priest. Lol no high priest or Archbishop. That's how long I've been away. Maybe once I get a better understanding of iRo and all the changes, I'll join a WoE guild. But considering I've been away for a really long time, I definitely need time to relearn how to play. TBH, my life commitment is because I take care of my mother who had a stroke 2011. I also don't raid in WoW because I think it's unfair to myself and the guild to completly devote myself to a guild group activity that I'll have go AFK from multiple times during the raid. I never know when my mom is going to call me into her room for something. I also play WoW mostly. It's actually the game I switched to after iRo and I'd like to be able play both games wherever I want.

 

It is very easy to WoE in iRO. You'll be fine. I'm more concerned about your leveling journey. It will take a while without BMx3.

UTM!  Haven't heard that name in a while.  Lots of interesting events at Payon.  We were total dicks back then!

Mostly on that PvM grind right now and figuring out what's what here in Renewal.

 

I'd say best of luck but looking at the castle flags I think you're good haha.

 

I'd love to see something like the "big 3" Loki Alliances (EA, Unity, UTM) trying to hold econ castles again some day though, WoE is probably the reason I stuck with this game as long as I did, and the Baldur Castle pissing contest between you guys and UTM back then made for some awesomely satisfying fights

I miss the old WoE scene.     I haven't heard some of those guild names in a long time.

WoE definitely isn't like it was - that's for certain.  There are two large, competitive WoE guilds these days (that includes us).  That's about it.
