Ok, let's try it again.

Currently, in Juno, Einbroch and Einbech the Kafras have the new sprite, but still the old image that shows when you click.

For example:
The kafra in the center of Juno is the blue hair one. But it shows the image of another kafra when you click it.

Mmm, yes. And I don't think it's related with the client, but looking you play in Valkyrie I'm going to check if it's a Ymir only problem.

EDIT: Ok, It happens in Ymir BUT NOT in Valkyrie

The Kafra Employees there were having an identity crisis and will be back to normal come Thursday's maintenance.
