Does anyone know if Rune Knight job change quest has been fixed yet or are GMs still working on it?

it was still broken just before the server was officially launched so its anybody's guess.

we prob wont know until this Thursday when ymir gets it.

I will be furious if it's broken on launch, as I've got everything set up to start leveling my rune knight as soon as serverup, and took a day off work on friday for some hardcore leveling. I'm gonna be pissed if 3 weeks of reports were ignored.

Rune Knight job change quest is currently broken on Ymir. I think it was fine up until the 10/15 early morning maintenance.

It worked for me late last night, so the maint must have broke it.

I'm curious what causes it to break. Does dying during this part do it? I mean the first couple people do it without problems and then it dies.

I think it resets after 8 min irregardless. I know I died in the sword test and it reset.

i kRO if I died it seemed to break forever. Sadly i do not have a 99LK or even Knight to attempt to try the quest

how do you die in that test? I'm an average player and it was easy

or did you die to just test it? we'll go with that

the second test is the easier one to die on. *cough* died 3 times myself *cough* First time, brought a good wep but didn't spam millennium shield enough. Second try brought bad wep thinking i could just spam the attack rune but ran out of that rune. Third time, just spammed the shield one and used a mixture of the attack rune and wep.

I used one rune, just cause I was curious what it did. I brought a hunting spear and CS'd everything.

Were you supposed to do something else? I didn't read the test instructions really.

Making the runes was a royal pain in the ass, because even if you got the right one it would fail because some of them use the same shape for different runes. Yeah, I'm looking at you Violet Spiral. The reward you get at the end is based on your success rate, which is kind bad because you have to give a lot of it to chance.

I only made one mistake on the rune stove part basically because I had no clue what would actually happen. I got the rune armor, helmet thingy, and some starter accessory that I haven't even bothered using.
