So i just tried to buy some WPE with my CC and i got a message that my account needs to be verified before my card will be charged. Now i'd like to know if my card be automatically charged after the verfication has been completed or do i need to place a new order.

You're not charged the first time, so you would need to place a new order. The verification process takes forever though.

if it takes any more than 24 hours submit a ticket and it should get cleared up

but yeah the 1st time always takes 24 hours for credit card
