im new to the game and i just downloaded it but the setup keeps popping up how do i start the game?

did you run as administrator?

After you install the game, it will create a shortcut icon on your desktop. Double click it and it will run RO. If your using Windows 7 or vista, make sure you run your RO as admin in order for it to run properly.

thank you guys i got it but now its saying all my names im trying to use are taken can i not play?

There seems to be a bug that is happening currently. All players that are trying to make a character has gotten the same message, even in Sakray.
