Deleting gramps would remove very few chats from eden. You'd still have the jerks covering and crowding NPC's.
Best solution is to ban chats and move gramps.

I really like this suggestion but.. chats need to be able to make where gramps is, at least for recruiting, otherwise it'll be damn hard to make a party since nobody actually uses the booking system.

No matter how good it is GMs obviously don't care enough to disable it. Can imagine new players trying to find npcs and navigate there.
