For a ranger build, I was adviced to take the following:
120 DEX
95 VIT
77 LUK
Rest to INT (80+)

I am now resetting my build, and I still have 1 thing that I am not clear about. Does this mean, 120 DEX pumped up stat without the bonuses and gears???? or 120 DEX total with the bonuses and gears.

I have to reset at an early level or it will cost me more reset stones. It really does hurt my bank and I hate it. I am very poor and i have a godforsaken 4th job to fund.

thats base stats without bonuses and gears... or so i would assume

thank you, I was very confused.
I have 1 more question, should I put 95VIT or 95AGI for a pure AS Ranger. people are telling me to pump the 95 to VIT, but some people are saying AGI for reduced cast delay.
which is better??? need opinion.

No agi for AS build, it won't let you AS any faster.

Agi is for warg builds.

AGI is for semi-breaker if your not planning to hit an Emperium then no AGI needed.
