I've finished the quest to gain entry to the dungeon and got the Lab permit. Somehow the sewer entrance only let me venture in biolabs 2, and everytime I stepped on a portal to either lab 1 or 3, it won't take me there even though I have the lab permit equipped. What should I do, and any help is appreciated!

In lv 1, there is a npc that will kick you if you not equipping geek glasses and gramps beard...
In lv 3, simply you can't enter if you're not lv 90..

Need to be level 90 transcendent or 95 regular class to enter bio3.
