I bought my +9 Heroic Backpack[1] for 500mil about a week ago. I also saw someone on the forums selling one for 600mil several weeks ago. It might be cheaper now, but I'm unsure. Good luck~!

Yeah lowest lowest I've seen is 500. But most I've seen is sold at 550. Most people place it at 600m but it doesn't get sold.
