Helo Everyone

First of all I'm totally new in iRO (after server merge, about 1 month now?), but not that noob since i play private server rat*a based for long time and used to tweak it (I should not mention this right?)
That Juno spotlight + x2/3 event exp really help alot (i have 3 chara soon to be 3rd now) and trying focus on one chara all the way since got limited in budget.

I put my post in spoiler since it will getting long

Case:

• I want PvM type RK with MB/BB/IB Hybrid build that fit with post balance patch (blind about this)
• Mostly capable using ctrl+click and spam non-targeted spell well (since latency issue became problem that sometime position glitch occur when using BB )
• Could tank and kill most common mob in new world
• Could kill low level MvP later
• Become usefull at TI map xD
• Big NO for PvP WoE

Playstyle:

• running around mobbing with parrying, spam MB/BB/IB
• ctrl+click till die while looking my AFKhemist

LIMITATION AND PROBLEM

• Unstable Internet latency
• I will not go overupgraded armor for now, but yes a bit for weapon.
• Current budget 15m and couple worth to sell card based on ragial, like HFC, ASC, Smookie, Mantis, Peco, etc. or gonna use it myself. (blind on actual market)
• Gonna focus on weapon till get, decent zeny for better armor.
• Buying top tier weapon might accuired by selling some card and all loot i stored from the start ( I never sell any loot to NPC)

Question and Discussion

• Does my future stat match with my target? or where part should be tweaked (a bit doubt in dex for IB cast time).
• Based on skill simulator, it left some skill point for spear skill. Which one should i get?
• IF i maxed my 3rd job lvl which better to get after IB? Death Bound, Dragon Breath, or HS, or even all sword branch
• Which weapon that best i could pick, for allround use?
• Currently i think of 3x malicious Krasnaya, since already got the card. AFAIK later on i could mob vanberk without worry about HP with it (never test it in official server)
• Or 3xKingbird Red TENS it shareable with Gene as it best weapon for gene? but cant use parry, which is great loss as i didnt have overuped armor and card reduc.
• About Peuz set is it add 100% as (1000%+100%) or finaldmg+100%?
• Any other suggestion welcome and anyone could give clue about current market related to RK gear, card, etc please.

PS:
Dont suggest me Godly Item or overuped +12 gear, as that will my final target, but how to utilize current save gear till reach that goal

Don't plan on ctrl-clicking. You're probably playing the wrong class if you want to do that. (Only exception is vellum katzbalger users for pvp / woe)

BB / IB is good.

• Too much Int for what you want to do. I'd move some points to Agi and Dex.
• Get Spear Dynamo! You could also reduce Cavalier Mastery to 1, and maybe get something like Clashing Spiral.
• Dragon Breath
• I suggest getting a TGL (preferably +9) or a Twin Edge. Use Hunter Fly cards.
• The Peuz Set doubles the damage of Wind Cutter and Sonic Wave.
