8PM - 11PM PST has been the normal maintenance times for a while now.

Another TI that looks a little familiar. Anopheles for a TI really does suck. Hidden monsters don't make for a good TI.

Also if it's a light maintenance why is it being done early at 8 PM instead of the regular time of 10 PM?

I thought you were going back to doing maintenance at the regular day & time. 8 PM is too early for maintenance to be started. It really shouldn't be started till midnight.

Our preference is to the earlier, as we will still have an hour or two with production staff on hand to catch issues that come up post maintenance. While 10pm or midnight would be less obtrusive to most players, it would be a pretty rough schedule to have employees on to perform it and little ability to make changes after the maintenance is concluded. Optimally we'd have it ready even earlier during the day, when we have more staff in the office to respond to post-patch issues.

Oda, any chance double EXP can get extended considering most players are still getting hit hard by bad lag?

it's been happening, but has been useless due to all of the server failures/bugs/patch screw-ups that you can name/imagine. We need this x2 to stay.

Lag wasnt a good excuse for double exp And their is quite frankly no reason to extend it, I'm not saying this cause im 150, im leveling my chars aswel, but their is just no reason for another week of it (and its quite easy to level without it anyway)

I see, didn't know it'd negatively impact you.

I can't think of a better reason when the servers since the merge have been so laggy, and we've seen little improvement.

I wasn't the only one that caught that I see. Can you tell us Oda if the range will really be 110 or if that was just an error?

Tomorrow is next month. So does that mean you still aren't adding Enriched Hammer & Enriched Ores 50x? It's been awhile since he's been added for more then a few days & with enriched ores. You could still do an upgrading event something during the month since I would think you would be adding him more then once a week per month unless somethings changed. If it has then something needs to be done to modify Mighty Hammer back the way he used to be so he can be used to upgrade successfully again without so many failures.

Also, if you want to see the delay lag: valf2, go where the cluster of guilds are. ~40min mark is prob the best time to look.

What kind of answer is this? How are you gathering this information when no one is being asked anything nor is there anyplace where you are having this information reported. This is what I keep trying to say. The latency is on the CHAOS SERVER. There is no one specific place. It is NOT only WoE, Eden, Prontera, etc... It's everywhere... It's the server. That's why there are the Time Outs & the Disconnects also.



P.S. There wasn't much notice before maintenance tonight. There was one announcement saying it was going to be in 9 minutes & then the next thing you know Disconnected without any other warning.

I am curious, members of the community that I belong to all said the WoE lag issue was greatly improved after the afternoon maint last week.
People who are still complaining the lag, would you mind checking any possibility of the cause of lag is on your side?
Like, use wired connection instead of wireless connection maybe?
