Just a suggestion:
Move the NPC in Ant Hell 1 to 43 , 264 because of a couple of reasons.
1. Not in the middle of the ant eggs
2. If there is loot on the ground you wouldn't be targeting the loot instead of the NPC
3. Just easier overall

I concur. It's an easy change for them to make, too. They just need to modify the position values in its NPC script file.
