Is it true that the cast time of Acid Bomb isn't unaffected by DEX of the caster? Just to make sure.

In renewal it has a fixed cast time, stats and variable cast reduction will not reduce it's cast time. You can reduce acid bomb's fixed cast time with sacrament, or gears that reduces fixed cast time. In classic it's cast time can be reduced to instant cast.

Don't ever assume which server people are on based on their sig or profile. It's thrown me off many times, and then they're like "well, put my stats like XYZ, but I tried to do what you said and (something that makes it clear they're on the wrong server)" and then I feel like a dick telling them they need to remake or reset to fix the damage that my advice inflicted on them.

I'm in renewal. Btw, thanks for reply. Gosh, I thought DEX affected cast time of acid bomb lol. I already raised my DEX to 95.

You still need it for other skills anyway.

You want exactly 90 base dex, imo (for the 10% ranged bonus from HBP, and since you want a fair amount of dex to make cast time less painful)
