Questions:

1: What kind of armor are they able to equip?
2: Bow Or Whip? Which is Better?
3: Whip Build?
4: Bow build?
5: Where should my points be going?

1. think about: diabolus armor, valk armor or Bryn if you have the funds.
2. what I did on maestro is switch between an instrument and bow. depending what the party needed.
3. + 4. there shouldnt be a difference unless you want to use the instrument only skills. (SR is bow only and the only viable AoE wanderer has unfortunately :<)
5. I did take SR as maestro because it can still do a sort of nice amount of damage and it contributes to the party output (especially at the lower level TIs). the rest of my skill points went towards Dances With Wargs. Swing dance is also a nice buff for wanderer.

Stat points I dont know, hope this atleast answers some questions

As for stats, you should have 100 INT, 95 VIT, 100-110 DEX, 100 AGI, and the rest on LUK.

Is there another way to level outside of TIs i have SR and some alright equips can kill most, but when things get too close they take me out in no time... is there a good leveling place doing solo

there arent many options for your level range and be safe at the same time I guess. just stick to turnins as much as you can ^^
