If I use a Yellow Butterfly Wing to skip Training Grounds, will I be able to do the first job change quests?

Edit: I think I found my answer, it seems I have to do the training grounds thing...

They should just disable colored bwings in training grounds. You can still cbwing out, and bwing and return to training grounds and hence smuggle stuff into training grounds.
