so for the buff you have to have finished the quest on that chr? because i only had time to do it on my stalker and i would much rather have the effect on my sura i figured all i had to do was have the hat but my stalker needed the exp...

Hey oda, can you fix the kagerou/oboro weight problem. What i found out is that when you use splash kunai, the weight does not decrease from you total weight. It should take out 16 weight since you use 8 kunai per kunai splash, but it doesn't. There is another bug with the kunais relating to storage but i havent figured that out yet oda. Please fix this!!!

Yes, please extend the cake hat quest please too oda. I feel that theres quite a few people that miss out on the quest because of connection issues and or due to hard time hunting for items.

You forgot that you'll probably need tons of Cake Hats to get a +8 one. With Enriched ores, on average it's a 9% chance to reach +8 from +0.
