There is an event, ending next week - you turn +8 cake hat in at npc in moscovia, and get a costume cake hat (can be worn with other headgear), which gives +60 max SP, and also (at least for this event) adds chance to drop Stolen Cacao. Turn in 15 of those for exp award.

After this event ends, there will be an npc in eden group to give a special buff to people who did the quest (made cake hat and got the exp award for 15 stolen cacao) and have the cake hat on (presumably for limited time).
