Prevent people in a vending status from being able to be selected for a fairy
Here's what you do Devs, change that 1 to a 0. All done
This isn't that big of a deal just thought it would give MORE active players fairy's. Instead of the people sleeping or playing other games just vending during their hardcore AFK stint of 12 hours xD
