I find myself often clicking it accidentally and it's getting a little annoying, but I can't figure out how to hide it. Thanks in advance.

i think you can hide it by pressing F11 like the chatboxes after a couple of presses it goes away.

RCX hides it in the top left, and if you hover near it it pops up. Read this though:
