I've had trouble completing the Orias Dept Quest at Breezy Hills/Verloon Desert (I couldn't find the money), so I abandoned it with the intent of re-taking it, thinking that it might have been bugged/broken. However, now none of the NPCs - Punwell, Belz or Orias - offer that quest anymore, even after I tried completing all of the other quests at the Breezy Hills again, in the hope that it might trigger that quest somehow.
Does anybody know how to get that quest back? Did I break it? Or is it bugged? o.O
My character is level 45 by now, and I think she was in her 20s or 30s when I took it. I don't think there is a level restriction, is there?
