alright so i got currently 415mil on a naked oboro lvl 99(highest lvl) char and wondering how the heck to make money in this game without buying WPE o-o?

Just by doing exactly what you did to get 415m; assuming you did not buy WPE, etc.

well i bought wpe....then got lucky with that raffle awhile ago but i dont really know any legit ways to make it =.=

Edit: not that buying wpe isnt legit...just i wanna make it without outside sources ><

Oh I see... Many people gamble with upgrades; maybe you have luck with that as well? Who knows...

NO. I dont like uncertain things the only reason i tried raffle was because my intention was to quit >.< but i cant! D:

Eh the only class I hate in this game is ranger but your other tip I just might do...never REALLY tried to farm gear so maybe now I should be able to put some oomph?

Lol. every class sure can farm rares in game, I am just throwing ranger since they are the best at these kind of stuffs.
Other alternatives are farming mora coins or become MVP hunter (some ppl even spend money on bloody branch in hope of getting expensive loots from MvP to be sold in order to cover their expenses). Of course, you must be able to solo MVP. For low level char, better join a social guild who do ET run weekly.
Or you can do some non-repeatable quest that gives expensive gears as reward (such as Doha's secret order and Frede's request).

You should try upgrading gear when enriched is here or something,then reselling them or you can play the market by buying cheap vending items,and selling them for average/above average.Or you can invest that zeny into a char that can mvp decently or something and profit off of loots.In any case,you will have to spend money to make money,but naturally if you have that much money now,you will eventually end up flipping it for a bigger gain.

Btw,as you may have already figured out,making zeny can be done without buying wpe.Myself,for instance,has never spent a cent on this game and I have great high end gears and maxed out chars and I've only been playing since October of 2011.First got my vip in May of 2012,after messing around with the game after a long time(with non-vip accs.,but tons of classes).And I didn't even have to pay.It's also good to research and find ways to gain a bigger profit by exploring the forums.Everything just takes a little patience.

How to get rich in iRO fast:

1. Exploit a bug
2. Don't get caught
3. ???
4. Profit

But seriously, you don't really need to spend real money to earn zeny fast, it may start slow but once you get a maxed/high level character zeny starts to become easier to get. Heck if you can play the market you would only need a merchant buying and selling 24/7.

I don't think people are willing to just give out their money making secrets out in the open. It took them time and sweat to get to where they are today and if more people were to follow the same strategy, everybody loses.

But I can get you started on:

Hazy Forest - Farm the dragon for OCA. Do the dailies here for coins, you can get anywhere from 10 to 30+ coins depending on your luck.

The coins should be spend on enchanting and not buying mora sets. You can get started with Ur's seal to 250sp, as it takes no initial fund to do. Once you have more money, move on to +9 sets(WW, Ur's).

If you have a class suited for MVPing, that can bring in some money, depending on the MVP.

Or you can do what "Americans" do best; Sue a large chain of companies/agencies/institutions/organizations/franchisements, etc. Use unlimited money to fund your WPE. Ta-da~

This is viable option, but you must be really proficient at playing your Class, or else no one gonna hire you.
