Reported bots are still there

I don't like wasting my own time to do your job of cleaning up your game when you can't even hit that final button. Maybe you can employ someone to prowl maps that drop high value cards or etc drops? Stroll on to the verit map, five or so 24/7 bots there too, I didn't report them because nothing was done about the pasana bots. Ever seen the porcellio map? The spore map? what the hell, just enforce the rules on highly botted maps and it would help.

I dont understand why they dont help the players to improve the game? It worked on the original european server very well for bothunting.

Community bothunters(selected by gravity) are needed to support the GM staff to collect the needed evidences. Then a GM must only ban a list of botchecked bots. C-Bothunters would get free vip for their main account. If they abuse the system they will be suspended.

Because Burda Inc. lead it, not Gravity.
Our Bothunters were partly volunteers and Burda had only 1 game to manage until they started that alaplaya crap.
Gravity U.S. doesn't want to use volunteers or can't because of kRO (since kRO is at fault for everything, heh) - even the volunteer forum moderators are bound by a contract (that the sometimes seem to happly ignore, based one some biased that happened in the past.)

The GM Team does investigate these characters, and when there are multiple characters that are convicted of botting, all other accounts on that IP are tested and suspended. The GM Team has to answer tickets from all of our games in the order they are received so it can take 1-2 days to get to a ticket.
Suspended? So you aren't banning them for good? Maybe this system of having your playerbase clean up your game needs to be looked at and changed instead of mindlessly nerfing headgears?
These guys are rebirthing, and then 99ing again and allowed to just sit there 24/7 farming 50m cards until a legit player reports them instead of the game owners having a system in place to prevent this. They aren't botting stupid maps like porings or maps where the mobs offer low value cards so you wouldn't have to check most of the maps in Ragnarok. Why can't you enforce your own rules at least in the highly botted maps? No staff or time? (it would take 15 minutes to scan the 5 most botted maps with GM powers) Why not start a system like what was mentioned above, your game gets cleaned up and you pay them with imaginary money that doesn't cost your company a dime. Sure these botters will make another character but it takes time to level up and if a system was in place, they would get caught again before farming 20 pasana cards and further -_-ting on the economy.

I doubt it, i reported an obvious bot/macroing person. And to my suprise this person was suddenly a priest some days later.. AFTER the ticket was closed.
I mean seriously.. I even send in a video of what this person was doing, with me following it.. and it was still there ?!?
/facepalm
I even asked a question to the gms which still have not been answered, yet the ticket has been closed again.. hmmmphh?
(edit to add: just re-opened the ticket asking for an answer to my question)

1.) There are too many so any efforts of getting rid of them would be too little to late (so maybe having an attitude similar to "why bother at all?")
2.) A lot of botters are probably "paying customers" who might actually get Kafra Shop items and VIP so it would be counter-productive in terms of revenue.
As I've mentioned before, I've reported botters numerous times without any action taken against them. I do have sub-folders in my screen shots of specific bot accounts to help me organize it for when I report them a 2nd or 3rd time. I've gotten nothing out of all of this so I'm done - I have accepted defeat after fighting the good fight for so long. Good luck to everyone else who still strives for justice and takes the time to send these reports.
