I haven't used the annex myself yet, but I can't help but wonder if iRO is able to have a mail replacement, why not a bank replacement?

Hmm. I think I found out what the problem is. Each time you click on a mail, it freezes in that specific mail. What you can do is just alt-tab. Lol. It's like a babyrefresh of some sort. I think it's adorable.

The Annex screwed up the mail system.
Most of the time the mails I send don't even arrive at the recipient, meaning: ticket -> wait 4 days -> repeat.
