Guillotine Cross
Dark Claw
Prereq: Dark Illusion 5
Max Levels: 5
Type: Active/damage - Special
Give an enemy a painful wound for 5 seconds, causing short ranged attacks to deal greater damage to the target.

[Level 1]: 100% Damage / Melee damage received +30%
[Level 2]: 200% Damage / Melee damage received +60%
[Level 3]: 300% Damage / Melee damage received +90%
[Level 4]: 400% Damage / Melee damage received +120%
[Level 5]: 500% Damage / Melee damage received +150%

Ranger
No Limits
Prereq: Fear Breeze 5
Type: Active Buff (Self)
Tap into the power of the god of hunting and archery to increase the explosive power of ranged attacks for a short time.

[Level 1]: 1 minute / Ranged physical damage +50%
[Level 2]: 1 minute / Ranged physical damage +100%
[Level 3]: 1 minute / Ranged physical damage +150%
[Level 4]: 1 minute / Ranged physical damage +200%
[Level 5]: 1 minute / Ranged physical damage +250%

(Notes: it may not work with skills? Someone will need to test).
Note 2: Confirmed to work with Arrow Storm according to Ziu's video showing the skill in action.

Royal Guard
King's Grace
Prereq: Reflect Damage 5
Max Levels: 5
Type: Active Buff
Bestow royal blessings to the caster and allies around the caster to recover HP and protect against status effects and damage.

If used in a PVP or Siege area, only affects the caster and party members, and all targets under the skill's protection will be unable to take any actions for the skill's duration.

Removes the following statuses: Poison, Blind, Frozen, Stone Curse, Stun, Sleep, Bleeding, Curse, Chaos, Hallucination, Silence, Burning, Crystalize, Freezing, Deep Sleep, Fear, Mandragora Howling

[Level 1]: Duration 5 seconds / HP recovered 4% every second
[Level 2]: Duration 5 seconds / HP recovered 5% every second
[Level 3]: Duration 5 seconds / HP recovered 6% every second
[Level 4]: Duration 5 seconds / HP recovered 7% every second
[Level 5]: Duration 5 seconds / HP recovered 8% every second

Rune Knight
Dragon's Water Breath
Prereq: Dragon Training 2
Max Levels: 10
Type: Active - Ranged Damage
Deal ice-elemental damage with your dragon's breath, which may cause [Freezing] status to the enemy. The damage depends on the stats of the rider. (One assumes its the same as normal dragon breath, HP/SP).

Mechanic
Lava Flow
Prereq: Fire Earth Research 1
Max Levels: 5
Type: Active
Cause Lava to erupt from the ground in the targeted cell for 5 seconds in a 7x7 area, dealing damage and inflicting stun and burning status. You cannot create more than 3 eruptions at a time.

[Level 1]: 1600 fixed damage per second / 10% Stun and Burning status chance
[Level 2]: 2000 fixed damage per second / 20% Stun and Burning status chance
[Level 3]: 2400 fixed damage per second / 30% Stun and Burning status chance

Wanderer / Maestro
Frigg's Song
Prereq: Voice Lesson 2
Max Levels: 5
Type: Active/Buff
Consume one regrettable tear to raise the Max HP of nearby allies and recover their HP gradually for 60 seconds. If used in a PVP or siege area, this skill only affects caster and nearby party members. Requires a whip/instrument to cast.

[Level 1]: Max HP +5% / 11x11 Range / Every 10 seconds, recover 1000 HP
[Level 2]: Max HP +10% / 13x13 Range / Every 10 seconds, recover 1100 HP
[Level 3]: Max HP +15% / 15x15 Range / Every 10 seconds, recover 1200 HP

Sorcerer
Elemental Shield

Type: Special/Ground Skill
Target: Self
By expending summoned elemental's magic, sorcerer creates a magical barrier on the cells the caster and party members are standing on. Magical barrier dissipates once its durability reaches 0 or when skill duration ends.

Affects self and all party members within sorcerer's screen. (Screenwide AoE, but installs safety wall-like on specific cells)

This magical barrier only blocks melee physical damage and caster's summoned elemental disappears on use. Consumes 1 blue gemstone.

Sura
Flash Combo
Prereq: Dragon Combo 3, Fallen Empire 3, Tiger Cannon 1, Sky Blow 1
Max Levels: 5
Type: Active/Combo
Activates 4 consecutive combo attacks, Dragon Combo, Fallen Empire, Tiger Cannon, Sky Blow, in extremely fast succession. Each skill activates at caster's max learned skill level.

[Level 1]: Uses 5 spirit spheres / ATK +40 for the next 4 seconds
[Level 2]: Uses 5 spirit spheres / ATK +60 for the next 4 seconds
[Level 3]: Uses 4 spirit spheres / ATK +80 for the next 4 seconds
[Level 4]: Uses 4 spirit spheres / ATK +100 for the next 4 seconds
[Level 4]: Uses 3 spirit spheres / ATK +120 for the next 4 seconds

Shadow Chaser
Emergency Escape

Caster immediately lays down a trap on the ground and backslides. Caster cannot backslide over dead cells (walls etc).

Consumes 1 Special Alloy Trap.

Throw a concentrated alcohol mix to cause hallucinations and decreased accuracy with a high probability. Consumes 1 alcohol.

[Level 1]: 100% damage / 9x9 splash
[Level 1]: 100% damage / 11x11 splash
[Level 1]: 100% damage / 13x13 splash
[Level 1]: 100% damage / 15x15 splash
[Level 1]: 100% damage / Full screen splash.

All 3rd Jobs
Full Throttle
Prereq: 3rd Job
Max Levels: 5
Exceed the limits of the body by sacrificing your own vitality to strengthen yourself for a short time. You will become horribly exhausted after the skill's duration.
Fully restores HP when cast and increases movement speed increases for the skill's duration. All stats +20%.

After the skill duration ends, you will be inflicted with "Rebound" status. During "rebound status", your movement speed is lowered and your natural HP/SP recovery is disabled.

Cannot be removed by dispel or clearance.

[Level 1]: 10 second duration / Consumes 6% HP/SP per second
[Level 2]: 15 second duration / Consumes 4% HP/SP per second
[Level 3]: 20 second duration / Consumes 3% HP/SP per second
[Level 4]: 25 second duration / Consumes 2% HP/SP per second

I guess Telekinesis would've been way too broke if it were like mystical amplification... too bad, we just have couple "ghost" spells...

If you have one or two kiel, with the cast reduction you can machine gun cast Soul Expasion quicker than now.
I can defend the MVP bonus of ESL against a aspd193 ranger with AB buffing just by spamming SoE while tanking with SW. I believe no class can steal a ghost type mvp from WL once this is implemented.

ALL CLASSES - skill gained as soon as you become 3rd class (extended jobs possibly excluded)
Full Throttle - Instantly restores all HP, increases movement speed, all stats +20%, Cannot be dispelled or Clearenced(?)
lvl 1. lasts 10 seconds / drains 6% sp per second
lvl 2. lasts 15 seconds / drains 4% and so on (view source)

Rune Knight -
Dragon Breath Water - not much info other than it has chance to slow (not freeze)
Luxanima - Shares one of your rune effects with all party members in 7x7 cell - 60 seconds
- usable runes - Millennium shield, refresh, giant cross, stonehard skin, vitality activation, abundance

Royal guard -
Kings Grace - Active/Buff - Cures most status alignments and restores hp per second. (not sure if it also defends against damage but it states that it...might?) unable to control character while skill in use
lvl 1. Cures for 5 seconds, restores 4% hp per second.
lvl 2. Cures for 5 seconds, restores 5% hp per second and so on

Sura -
Some Chinese characters I can't read - active/combination - Uses 4 of the sura/monk skills in rapid succession.. not sure which ones too lazy to go through and match each skill by name. Also increases ATK for a short duration.
lvl 1 - consumes 5 spirit spheres, increases ATK by 40 for 4 seconds
lvl 2 - consumes 5 spirit spheres, increases ATK by 60 for 4 seconds

Generic -
Illusion Doping - Special/Debuff - Throws an alcohol and causes status alignment ... something and soemthing yeah again sorry dunno these alignments in english translation
lvl 1 - 100% damage / 9 x 9 cell around target
lvl 2 - 100% damage, / 11 x 11 cell around target


Sura > Flash Combo > gonna be fun in PVM or maybe in WOE too.

got a spare sura ready for flash combo build; i like this /gg fav class forever
i would guess that the TC formula takes into account the fact that it was comboed after fallen empire so the TC damage would be increased.

Shadow Chaser -
Escape - Active/Support - Places a trap where player was standing and slides back, uses 1 trap
lvl 1 - 5 cell slide
lvl 2 - 6 cell slide and so on

I'm gonna say this on every thread that mentions this skill... why is it so useless compared to the other skills? If I really wanted to, I could set down a trap and backslide on my own.

In all seriousness though, can anyone see a viable use for this skill (in WoE)? Put a trap on chokepoints? I mean no one is just going to walk into it (maybe) and even then if I remember correctly guildmates/allies can set off Ankle Snare, as well. So potentially you could end up doing more harm then good... there's no point in using the skill to escape since according to the information it's exactly like backslide, so it in no way can replace what Feint Bomb was able to do. Not to mention it requires getting Triangle Shot. -_-

Rangers don't even use traps in WoE, I can't imagine SC taking over the role. -_-

You can still feint bomb on kRO though, so it's still prettly lame in the respect that it's just replacing a weak damage attack with an ankle snare.

as far as i know iRO is the only server that has backslide enabled, kinda like the reduced cast zen that we have.

Telekinesis should've been for all spells. Warlocks need to be more like the glass cannons they were, not the glass windows they are now.

in kRO/jRo, some of the WL skills' damage equation and CT are different than here.
Don't know why iRO nerfed WL so bad(´・ω・`)

Well... yes and no...

If Telekinesis were to work with all spells, it would be way too OP and pretty much game breaking unless you own a GTB.

Why? simple, there's some new gear coming out that will make warlocks not just have strongest spells (fbh user - like) but also, it will give us our long lost ability to reach instant cast.

Also, remember that with new gear coming out, most ppl on kRO don't use WoE sets anymore... that % demihuman reduction (which usually "halved" our end damage) will be there no more. I believe most ppl can picture that scenario already... so aside that, adding another %matk to all our magic on top of Mystical Amplification would be way too OP.

Ex:

The scenario in where magic (comet) w/o fbh deals 25k damage (non- mvp/god item, against full woe set - non gr/dr RK), now you take away their WoE set (so it doubles the damage because the % demihuman reduction's math works like that), then add the %matk from Telekinesis... and on top of that, add %matk from Mystical Amplification and the ability to reach instant cast... I'm pretty sure ppl will nerf magic more than what it is right now lol.

Well, at least you will see more ppl doing the WI + SE combo with this new skill =) (actually it will be way more efficient lol)

Not gonna disappoint OP's work, but irowiki forum has more complete and accurate translation. Before you waste more time for inaccurate translation...

For people thinking Ranger and WL new skills OP, not so fast. Their delay equal to Stasis XD
